WELCOME TO OUR SITE!
A&D Farms is located in Perry Georgia. We currently have over 100 birds on our farm and love each and every one. We sell adult birds and chicks locally and ship eggs to the lower 48 states.
Let me introduce myself and my farm to you,
My name is April and I live outside of the city of Perry Georgia. Perry is located directly in the middle of the state. I have a full time job and a five year old daughter but my true passion is animals. I love all of my birds and have an addiction to hatching eggs. We have two acres of land and approx. one acre of it is full of poultry, gamebirds and waterfowl. We started our bird expedition about 4 years ago with 3 mixed bantams and have expanded to several different types of chickens as well as pheasant, quail, ducks, and have even thought about starting some chukar! Over the last 4 years we have had button quail, coturnix, golden seabrights, Golden laced wyandottes, cochins, EEs, buff orphingtons, ringneck pheasants, Georgia Giant Bobwhites, pekins, black swedish ducks, rouen ducks, chocolate runner ducks, bantam ameracaunas, bantam EEs, melanistic pheasants, rabbits, a cat and two dogs, to say the least! I am SURE I have forgotten a few. My grandfather Doug and I run the farm. We are always busy with our birds. They are a joy to own. Aside from my birds, my time is spent as most people's is right now in these hard times, working. I enjoy my job but it isn't my heart. I love photography and I am a part time art student. My daughter enjoys gathering the duck eggs for us and we all love to sit and watch our happy waterfowl when the pool gets fresh water. I have a shop on Etsy, i sell handmade jewelry and homemade bath and body products. Please check out the tab!
